Votronic D+ Simulator PRO 3067 (suitable for EURO-6)

The Votronic D+ Simulator Pro

--> detects the vibration of the vehicle and then simulates the D+ signal

If consumers are only to be operated when the engine is running or if the on-board and starter batteries are to be connected together for charging purposes, the D+ signal from the alternator is used for control.

If this is not accessible or not available in newer alternators, the VOTRONIC D+ simulator generates this signal by detecting the vibrations of the running engine and works independently of the alternator charging mode, making it particularly suitable for vehicles with an alternator management system, e.g. vehicles that comply with the Euro 6 standard. With its low current consumption of less than 3mA, it meets the requirements of DIN EN 13976.

The VOTRONIC D+ Simulator PRO 3067 offers the following functions

Mounting

• Attach the D+ simulator to a suitable position on the motor using a clamp
• The function of the engine must not be impaired by the installation.
• The vehicle manufacturer's regulations must be observed.
• It can be installed in any position
• Attach the clamp in the lower third (opposite the connection side) of the device.
• Check that the device is firmly seated!
• Lay the cables so that they cannot touch any parts with temperatures above 100°C
• Secure the cable free from tensile forces
