You may see someone working on their camper on our conversion sites, other campers who are also visiting us or you can simply enjoy our advice in our showroom.
Every customer receives individual advice from us. All products can be unpacked and viewed (by us) and can also be placed in the camper to see if they fit.
As we take a lot of time for our customers and our advice is always free and without obligation to buy, we ask you to note the following:
1) Opening hours
See under "Contact" on the homepage. These can change, e.g. due to a cantonal holiday, company outing, etc.
Please don't come "just before closing time", we don't start long consultations just before closing time.
2) Take everything with you
If you already have products that are relevant for the consultation, please take them with you or take good photos of them. For example, if you are looking for a water system and already have a pump, take it with you so that we can make sure that your system works smoothly at the end.
3) Come with your camper
Take your camper with you so that we can understand your conversion idea and give you even more tips and tricks. You can drive it directly into our hall next to the showroom.
4) Watch our Youtubes
We have put many YouTube videos online to give you a technical basis. So that we don't have to start from scratch with the advice, we ask you to watch our videos, e.g. about the water system if you are interested in a water system or about solar if you are interested in a solar system. If you want universal advice on everything, we will be happy to take 1-2 hours or longer. Free of charge. Just watch our videos first. Deal?
5) Waiting times on site
We always have enough staff on site according to our opening hours. If you have to wait for us for a short time, then take a look around the showroom. Please touch! Open everything and take a look, switch on and test! That's what we built our showroom for.
Listen to us. You can eavesdrop on another consultation, no problem. We have nothing to hide and maybe you'll hear something exciting for your project.
Speak to others. Our customers are all in a similar boat. Maybe ask someone about their project, or take a quick look at the conversion sites.
