12V/24V USB on-board power supply adapter (12V/24V --> 5V)

The 12V/24V USB on-board power supply adapter is used as an alternative for direct tapping of the 12V/24V on-board power supply voltage for permanent power supply of the CarPro-Tec. This converts the 12V/24V vehicle electrical system voltage into the required 5V supply voltage (12V/24V-->5V). We recommend tapping into a 12V continuous power supply, as otherwise the power supply of the on-board power adapter may be deactivated when the 12V main switch is switched off.

Finally, connect the supplied CarPro-Tec charging cable to the USB port of the 12V/24V on-board power adapter.

Please note:

Before installation, please check with your vehicle manufacturer about possible loss of warranty or use a specialist workshop for the installation. Alternatively, use our 5V power station to ensure a permanent power supply even during longer periods of inactivity.

General cargo: These are some batteries or large items that have to be shipped by freight forwarder. (Air conditioners...)

PRIO (selectable in the checkout at an additional cost) means that we pack these parcels first and hand over orders to the post office by 16:00 on the same day. These parcels are handed over to the post office with PRIO stickers and should arrive the next day. 

A pick-up in Winterthur can be selected at check-out. Please leave your email so that our system can let you know when it is ready for collection. (Usually happens within 24 hours)
