Template cut-out B-pillar trim for original air duct VW T5, T6, T6.1

If you want to retrofit the original air duct in a VW T5, T6 or T6.1 (Multivan or Caravelle) so that the hot air from the auxiliary heater flows out of the B-pillar on the right, as installed ex works, the B-pillar plastic trim must also be cut out.

The exact positioning is very important and correspondingly complicated to measure and mark.

With our template, it's child's play. Simply place the template on the B-pillar plastic trim and mark the cut-out. Cut out along the marking using an air saw or small angle grinder, deburr and you're done!
