I converted my vehicle to induction in August 2021. Why? A 150Ah lithium battery, a charging booster, and some solar power provide enough electricity for induction cooking. We usually cook outside, using a gas cartridge stove and a grill. This induction cooktop works very well for our Bialetti coffee and the meals we cook in the camper. We’ve also written a magazine article about it.
