Do you need a lid for grilling with the SKOTTI GRILL MAX? No! However, the SKOTTI CAP MAX can open up all kinds of new possibilities. As a hood for windy places anyway - thanks to its multifunctionality, it can be set up and used flexibly depending on the situation and the food being grilled. If you put two or three of the six stainless steel parts together, it becomes a simple windbreak. With three or all four side parts, you can also attach a rotisserie spit. Closed at the top and open on one side, the SKOTTI CAP MAX even transforms your SKOTTI MAX into a pizza oven. All 6 parts together make a complete hood. This allows you to create a whole host of recipes that go beyond classic steak and sausage grilling, such as bread, pizza, fish, meat and vegetable skewers, corn on the cob or larger delicacies with a longer cooking time.
BARBECUE TONGS EQUAL HANDLE EQUAL BOTTLE OPENER
Ideal for "pot watchers": the handle of the SKOTTI CAP MAX is also a pair of barbecue tongs: insert the bamboo wood of the barbecue tongs through two recesses in the long side sections - and the lid can be lifted safely. This means you always have the tongs to hand while grilling.
