APPLICATION:

• Remove all loose parts and rust from the surface to be coated
• Sand the surface with P80 to P180 grit sandpaper
• Clean and degrease the surface again
• Scuffed areas should be primed with primer, e.g. with 2 coats ofU-Pol ACID8
• We strongly recommendU-POL GRIPas an adhesion promoter for all substrates, including hard-to-reach areas.

MIX THE PAINT:

To achieve the best results, solvent-based paints from basecoat mixing systems should be used. RAPTOR can also be tinted with solvent-based basecoats and solvent-based, isocyanate-cured two-component solid colors. If two-component paints are used, these must also be activated before use. Do not use water-based systems for tinting RAPTOR.

Simply pour 250 ml of hardener into the Raptor application bottle, close the lid again and shake the contents vigorously for at least 2 minutes, add color and shake vigorously for another 2 minutes.

Only mix one bottle of RAPTOR at a time. Clean the spray gun with acetone between mixing.
