Pressure reducer with adjustable outlet pressure of 1-4 bar, operating range inlet side up to 15 bar.
Setting:
The inlet pressure must be at least 1 bar above the calibration pressure:
- Close the shut-off valve below
- Unscrew the upper protective cap (Fig. 4.1)
- Using an Allen key or a flat-blade screwdriver, turn the screw on the tip clockwise to increase the downstream pressure
- Turning counterclockwise reduces the downstream pressure (Fig. 4.3)
- Carry out a few leakage tests to check that the calibration is stable
- Exact calibration is only possible in a depressurized state with the pressure gauge connected and at room temperature.
- Screw the protective cap back on.
