The power adapters support various charging protocols. The most important one here is the PD 3.0/3.1 protocol, which supports charging power of up to 100W/140W. So you don’t have to worry about which device you’re connecting. The power adapter communicates with the device being charged and automatically adjusts the voltage and current as needed—the entire process is fully automatic.

General cargo: These are some batteries or large items that have to be shipped by freight forwarder. (Air conditioners...)

PRIO (selectable in the checkout at an additional cost) means that we pack these parcels first and hand over orders to the post office by 16:00 on the same day. These parcels are handed over to the post office with PRIO stickers and should arrive the next day. 

A pick-up in Winterthur can be selected at check-out. Please leave your email so that our system can let you know when it is ready for collection. (Usually happens within 24 hours)
