These neodymium magnet systems have a metric M6 internal thread and can be screwed to objects with a matching external thread. The rubber coating protects sensitive surfaces from scratches and also increases the load capacity in the shear direction. The rubber protects the magnet from occasional moisture and splash water. However, permanent outdoor use can cause rust to form.
Compared to the classic pot magnets without rubber coating, these rubberized magnet systems have a lower height and can therefore be used more discreetly. A steel plate with an attached magnet is located under the rubber coating. Unlike other magnet systems, you cannot combine ITNG-32 magnet systems with each other.
Please note: The internal thread of the magnet system is continuous. Therefore, be careful when screwing in screws, hooks etc. so that you do not damage the rubber coating.
The full adhesive force is achieved when the ferromagnetic counterpart is smooth and sufficiently thick and when the magnetic system is in direct contact with the entire surface. Magnetic systems lose some of their adhesive force even at a small distance from the ferromagnetic surface. This property is more pronounced with magnetic systems than with other ferrite magnets and neodymium magnets.
