Properties

Quick and easy! With the item Cube Connector Sets, you can create racks and frames with little effort. While other connectors connect two profiles directly to each other, the Cube Connector acts as a spatial structure between the profiles. The connector is screwed into their core drill holes.
The advantages of this method are that it is easier to calculate the profile lengths and the free space in the cube connector makes it easier to tighten the screws. For profiles with closed grooves, the surface is not opened at any point and there is no need to notch the corners when fastening panel elements. This is ideal for flaps, enclosures and frames with panel infill.
The cube connection set 8 2D 40x40x40 connects two profiles 8 40x40 at an angle of 90°, the cube connection set 8 3D 40x40x40 connects three profiles to form a room corner. Threads are inserted into the core drill holes of the profiles for installation. The fixing material for screwing to the cube connector is supplied. Anti-twist devices ensure that the profiles are aligned correctly and stably. If necessary, the anti-twist locks can also be broken out with a screwdriver.
After assembly, the openings are sealed with the enclosed cover caps Cube connection set 8 40.
You can use the M8 threaded insert for cube connection set 8 to connect adjustable feet, castors or accessories. The insert is fastened in the cube connector 2D or 3D with a wrench and has a resilient M8 thread.

The metal body of the cube connector is ESD-safe in accordance with IEC 61340.
Within an EPA, the use of the supplied cover caps must be considered despite their small surface area.
