In Italy and Spain, protruding loads on vehicles such as bicycle racks must be marked with a warning sign.

With this warning sign, you always have the right sign with you for both countries. Simply turn it and you can change countries.

Bulky goods packages Parts with one side longer than 1 meter, e.g. Armaflex, solar, felt, aluminum profiles... 

General cargo: These are some batteries or large items that have to be shipped by freight forwarder. (Air conditioners...)

PRIO (selectable in the checkout at an additional cost) means that we pack these parcels first and hand over orders to the post office by 16:00 on the same day. These parcels are handed over to the post office with PRIO stickers and should arrive the next day. 

A pick-up in Winterthur can be selected at check-out. Please leave your email so that our system can let you know when it is ready for collection. (Usually happens within 24 hours)
