Frequently asked questions

We accept returns of unpacked products. Except for cuttings, such as felt, cables, etc.
We can only accept returns of goods with an expiration date in individual cases.

We take back unpacked products after written agreement with us.
Any refund will be credited to a new order or you will receive a voucher.
In special cases we will transfer the money back. You will find a return form on our homepage. Please complete this only after consultation with us.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your products. Later returns can only be processed in exceptional cases.

In principle, the customer bears the costs. In exceptional cases, such as an obviously incorrectly described product or we have sent the wrong product, you will receive a prepaid return label from us.
