Please note:The full adhesive force is achieved when the ferromagnetic counterpart is smooth and sufficiently thick and when the pot magnet is in direct contact with the entire surface. Pot magnets lose a lot of adhesive force from a distance of half a millimeter to the ferromagnetic surface. This property is more pronounced with pot magnets than with other ferrite magnets and neodymium magnets. Caution
Improper or rough handling can damage delicate surfaces such as car paint. Especially if the car is dirty, the felt protection of the magnetic hook pulls the dirt particles over the paint, which can lead to scratches. Therefore, make sure that the vehicle is as clean as possible and that you do not drag the magnetic hook across the paintwork unnecessarily.
