We have developed the Plus Arm especially for panel vans with attached windows. This includes many Fiat Ducato and Citröen Jumper models, for example. The aim here is to avoid unwanted contact between the handlebars and the window.

A plus in distance:

6-7 cm more distance from the vehicle, which means significantly more space between the handlebars and windows. So you don't have to worry about unwanted contact.

A plus in stability:

The support to the top edge of the door completely eliminates any twisting of the rail due to the weight of the bike. This significantly improves the stability of C-rails, which are often not optimally bonded.

Who is the Plus Arm for?

The Plus Arm is necessary for vans with attached (protruding) windows.
It significantly improves stability for e-bikes weighing over 20 kg, but is not absolutely necessary. Please note that this does not increase the maximum bike weight of 25 kg per holder.
For older or possibly poorly bonded C-rails (Thule/Fiamma), the Plus Arm can significantly increase stability and therefore safety.
For bikes with strongly curved handlebars (up to approx. 70mm rise), the Plus Arm can create enough space to mount such bikes.
