Square airline rail—the classic choice for flooring and furniture construction

The square airline rail (lashing rail) brings the same tried-and-true system to your interior fit-out as its half-round counterpart: Insert the fitting, rotate it 90°, and your mounting point is secure—freely positionable in 25-mm increments, repositionable at any time, without tools.

What you need it for

The square, flat design is a classic for vehicle floors and furniture construction: Thanks to its straight sides, you can install it flush with the floor panel or furniture front—mill a groove, insert the rail, screw it in, and the rail sits flush with the surface. Nothing protrudes, nothing gets in the way when loading. Of course, the classic surface-mount installation directly on a wall, floor, or cabinet body also works. Typical applications: securing cargo with tie-down straps, mounting boxes, water tanks, and coolers, bike racks, modular bed and pull-out systems, or as a base for rear storage bags and organizers.
